!!!! DEBIT CARD UPDATE !!!!
Your new debit cards are in the mail and will be arriving shortly. We are moving to a new debit card network on November 6th. NEW INFORMATION: Your old cards will be shut off at 2AM November 6th. You will be able to begin using your new cards at that time. However, your new card will be in “offline” status that entire day. This offline status limits the amount you can withdraw that day and your ability to view balances at the ATM. We expect the cards go “online” or live, Friday November 7th, around 10AM, at that time, normal withdraw limits and balance inquiries will resume. We suggest that you limit your debt card activity on that Thursday if possible.
When you receive your new card, you can go ahead and activate it by phone and set your PIN code. Instructions on activating and PIN setup are included with the new card. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN ACTIVATING YOUR CARD THERE IS A SLIGHT PAUSE BETWEEN THE ACTIVATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND THE PIN CODE SETUP, STAY ON THE LINE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR PIN CODE SETUP.
